After a distinguished 34-year career as a litigation attorney, Peggy Van Horn transitioned from the courtroom to the conference room, pursuing her mediation and arbitration career full time.  Ms. Van Horn concentrates her ADR practice on the resolution of:

Throughout her career, Attorney Van Horn represented individuals, corporations, school districts, municipalities, and construction industry professionals across Wisconsin. Her practice focused on routine and complex litigation involving automobile accidents and construction litigation, municipal and school liability, premises and general liability, contract disputes, and workers’ compensation.

She successfully litigated many cases to verdict, as well as litigating workers compensation hearings, has had six appellate decisions published, and advocated for clients in both state and federal courts. In addition, she provided legal advice and opinions to insurance claim representatives in personal injury, property damage and workers compensation cases.
