Peggy E. Van Horn has been practicing law since 1991 and worked for 32 years as a Staff Legal Attorney with Liberty Mutual Insurance Company in Milwaukee, WI.

Throughout her career, Attorney Van Horn represented individuals, corporations, school districts, municipalities, and construction industry professionals across Wisconsin. Her practice focused on routine and complex litigation involving automobile accidents and construction litigation, municipal and school liability, premises and general liability, contract disputes, and workers’ compensation.

She successfully litigated many cases to verdict, as well as litigating workers compensation hearings, has had six appellate decisions published, and advocated for clients in both state and federal courts. In addition, she provided legal advice and opinions to insurance claim representatives in personal injury, property damage and workers compensation cases.

1991-1993

Ms. Van Horn was an association attorney for Domnitz, Mawicke, Goisman & Rosenberg S.C.  She assisted other attorneys investigating and litigating personal injury claims including medical malpractice cases.  Participated in jury trials.

1983-1990

Prior to her legal career, Ms. Van Horn workd for University of Wisconsin Hospital and Clinics as a medical technologist in the clinical chemistry laboratories from 1983-1985 and then as an anesthesiology monitoring technician in the Department of Anesthesiology from 1985-1990.
